Photos by Austin VanDaele CAPAC — Friday will mark the final Blue Water Area Conference football game for Capac as it prepares to move to the Greater Thumb Conference next season. Capac hosts Armada Friday, trying to put an end to its win-less season thus far. Despite putting up some rather impressive offensive numbers in Friday's game, Capac took a tough 54-27 loss to Croswell-Lexington.

Brandon Muzljakovich continues to show his throwing abilities, completing 19-of-34 passes for 268 yards and three scores., but he tossed four interceptions in Friday's game.

Jake Sawyers also had a huge game, carrying the ball 11 times for 72 yards and hauling in five receptions for 70 yards and two touchdowns.

In Friday's matchup, Capac will have to continue its trend offensively while limiting the mistakes. The visiting Tigers are currently 3-4 and are hungry for a win coming off a three-game losing skid. In fact, they’ve only been able to score 14 points over the last three games combined. If Capac plays well on both sides of the ball, this is a great opportunity to get its first win against a team that’s on the ropes.
