A Matter of Balance Program at
the Hannah D. Wolfe Retirement
Residence in Marlette 2785 Angle
St., Marlette held twice per week on
Wednesdays and Fridays from 1-3
p.m. beginning September 20. Free of
charge to area seniors aged 60 years
and older who have physical limitations
due to concerns about falling. A
Matter of Balance is an award-winning
program designed to manage falls
and increase activity levels. This
four-week course is ideal for seniors
concerned about falling; anyone
interested in improving balance,
flexibility, and strength; anyone who
has fallen in the past; anyone who has
restricted activities because of falling
concerns. Pre-registration is required
and the program will be limited to 12

volunteer-based driving program
and provides transportation for

good driving record, and attend
Road to Recovery training program.
